Just to let everybody know, our textbook has an excellent website, including free powerpoint lectures you can watch that go along with the chapters in the book. They also have flashcards that you can do to understand new vocabulary and concepts and practice tests. Now, Professor Bradford doesn't exactly go along with the book, but there are many places where what he says overlaps with the powerpoint lectures. Either way, it's definitely worth checking out.
